Overview

Sales role in the EMEA Emerging Markets team for Salesforce. Opportunity to lead strategic Salesforce sales initiatives across the Turkish and Greek markets, driving revenue and customer success in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Fluency in Greek and strong Greece market knowledge are required.

Role Description
  • Lead a team of Account Executives in a dynamic SaaS sales environment, responsible for revenue and achievement of individual, team, and organisational goals in the territory.
  • Cultivate a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous development within the team.
  • Foster inclusivity and innovation, emphasizing energy, passion, and adaptability to lead a diverse, high-performing workforce.
  • Provide leadership in customer engagement, leveraging internal resources to drive successful outcomes.
  • Oversee ecosystem building and partner/reseller relations across the Turkish and Greek markets.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to drive alignment across Salesforce and external stakeholders.
  • Lead initiatives to generate and improve revenue opportunities within key customer accounts.
  • Guide Account Executives on effective sales strategies to increase closures and identify new opportunities.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with senior executives within customer organizations (C-Level engagement).
  • Develop and execute the Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy for the team.
  • Provide accurate and timely sales forecasting and pipeline reporting to Area Sales Management.

Ideal Candidate - Skills and Experiences
  • Proven Sales Leadership: Minimum 3 years of experience in selling and leading high-performing sales teams with consistent quota achievement.
  • SaaS Expertise: Strong understanding of SaaS business models, enterprise applications, and customer success metrics.
  • Team Building: Experienced in recruiting, onboarding, and developing sales talent, with a track record of internal promotions.
  • Customer-Centric Approach: Ability to navigate complex buying cycles and build lasting customer relationships.
  • Strategic Thinking: Align sales strategies with company goals and market opportunities.
  • Data-Driven Decision-Making: Experience in forecasting, pipeline management, and identifying market trends.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Effective at working with marketing, product, and operations teams.
  • Operational Excellence: Expertise in sales planning, territory management, and optimizing sales tools and processes.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication for internal and external engagement.
  • Market Insight and Adaptability: Strong understanding of regional dynamics; Greece market knowledge is essential.
  • Language: Fluency in English and Greek or Turkish is mandatory.
