Job Description
Purpose of the Job

This role will be responsible for implementing global sales development strategies and ensuring seamless execution of commercial initiatives within their region. Acting as an extension of the global sales development function, this role requires a strong balance of execution and leadership and focus on: Programs Implementation governance, CRM adoption, and sales process optimization to enhance sales productivity and efficiency.

Job Description

Execution of Commercial & Sales Development Strategy:

  • Drive the regional implementation of Aramex's global commercial roadmap, including CRM and training programs.
  • Ensure full adoption and utilization of across all markets in the region, supporting sales teams in embedding CRM best practices.
  • Monitor and reinforce adherence to sales development frameworks, including budgeting, incentives, and commercial planning.

Sales & CRM Performance Management:

  • Ensure utilization of regional sales performance through dashboards, reporting tools, and CRM analytics.
  • Support the roll-out of CRM enhancements and ensure that sales teams leverage available tools for pipeline management, forecasting, and sales activities.
  • Act as the regional CRM champion, ensuring data integrity, user adoption, and alignment with global CRM standards.

Operational Execution & Continuous Improvement:

  • Support the regional execution of commercial performance reviews, identifying insights and recommending corrective actions.
  • Act as the regional liaison between Global Sales Development and local teams, ensuring alignment with global standards while addressing local market needs.
  • Support training and capability-building initiatives to enhance sales teams' effectiveness in using CRM tools and analytics.
Job Requirements - Experience and Education

Education: Bachelor's degree in business, finance, engineering, or a related field.

Experience: 9-11 years in Sales Operations, CRM, or Commercial Excellence, preferably within a regional or multi-market role.

Technical Skills:

  • experience is mandatory, with a strong understanding of CRM governance and adoption strategies.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint for executive reporting and Excel for commercial analysis.
  • Experience with budgeting, incentive planning, and forecasting methodologies.
  • Exposure to data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
