Regional Safeguarding Lead: Travel with Car Allowance

Bright Horizons is seeking a Safeguarding Divisional Lead to provide safeguarding oversight across a defined region, coaching DSLs, supporting nursery managers and operational teams.

You will lead on safeguarding guidance, policy compliance and high-risk concerns, with travel across London, Oxford, Bristol, and surrounding areas. This is a full-time, field-based role with DBS checks and flexible working options.
