Regional Retail Training Leader - Elevate Store Performance

Specsavers is recruiting a Divisional Retail Trainer to support our Greater London stores. This field-based role focuses on developing capability and performance across a large, diverse regional store network.

You will deliver a range of training programmes, workshops and development activities, both face-to-face and virtually, while acting as a learning partner to the business. Travel will be required across the division to meet business needs.
