Regional Retail People Partner - ER & People Coach

Poltronesofà S.p.A. is seeking a Retail People Partner for the Southern Division in the UK.

This field-based role travels across West Midlands, Anglia, South West, Wales and South East to support stores and managers with day-to-day people challenges. You will coach managers on performance, absence and conduct, partner with Regional and Store Managers to deliver the People agenda, and use people data to inform action planning.
