Regional Retail Ops Leader - Omnichannel

SEPHORA UK is seeking a Retail Operations Manager to shape smooth, scalable operations across a designated region of stores. You will partner with Store Managers to translate priorities into actions, ensure uptake of SOPs, and drive continuous improvement as SEPHORA expands across the UK.

You'll support day-to-day operations, contribute to national projects and new openings, and help roll out omni-channel tools while liaising between field and head office teams. Regular travel is expected.
