What You'll Do:

• Coordinate operator hires across your region
• Complete compliance checks including tickets, right-to-work, and medicals
• Manage Rail Resource
• Work with internal teams to keep jobs moving
• Build strong operator relationships and handle daily check-ins
• Maintain accurate records and support payroll/invoicing

What You Bring:

• Experience in resourcing, scheduling, recruitment, or coordination
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Confident with admin and IT
• A calm, solutions-focused approach
