Job Summary

The Regional Recruiter at Jabil, Inc. is responsible for full-cycle recruitment within a designated region, attracting top talent, and building strong candidate pipelines to meet the company's staffing needs. This role requires a proactive approach to sourcing, interviewing, and collaborating with hiring managers to ensure a seamless and efficient hiring process.

Job Responsibilities
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various roles within the assigned region, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to identify and attract qualified candidates through various channels (e.g., job boards, social media, professional networks, university partnerships).
  • Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their departmental needs, define job requirements, and develop compelling job descriptions.
  • Provide regular updates to hiring managers on recruitment progress, challenges, and market insights.
  • Negotiate and extend competitive job offers, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Participate in recruitment events, job fairs, and other employer branding activities.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, best practices in recruitment, and relevant employment laws.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the talent acquisition function.
  • May be involved in developing and delivering recruitment training to hiring managers.
Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably within a corporate or manufacturing environment.
  • Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring for diverse roles.
  • Strong understanding of various sourcing techniques and recruitment tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, applicant tracking systems).
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of local employment laws and regulations.
