Regional Recruiter - Flexible Hours, Build Great Care Teams

Universal Care Services is seeking a Regional Recruiter to lead the recruitment for care and support services across the region. You will attract, screen, interview and onboard candidates, collaborating with Registered Managers and operations teams to meet workforce needs.

You will build talent pipelines, manage safer recruitment checks, and ensure a positive candidate journey from application to day one, while maintaining compliant processes and strong relationships with managers.
