Regional PT Leader: Grow Revenue & Talent

Crunch Fitness is seeking a Regional Personal Training Manager to oversee the personal training operations across up to 5 clubs. You will work directly with Club Managers and lead Personal Trainers to optimize PT revenue and client retention across a district.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership on the gym floor, mentoring staff, analyzing KPI metrics, and ensuring safety and compliance. A proven track record in high-volume clubs and PT certifications are required.
