Regional Property Manager, Retirement Living (Reading Area)

Churchill Estates Management is seeking an Area Manager to oversee 18 retirement properties across Reading, North Hants and Oxfordshire. The role involves delivering cost-effective property management and exceptional customer service, with regular site visits and strong supplier relationships.

You will lead a dispersed Lodge Manager team, manage budgets, recruit and develop staff, and report to Head Office.
