Regional Property Manager - RMC & AGM Lead

Trinity Estates is seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee a varied residential portfolio across Sheffield and West Yorkshire. You will be the primary contact for leaseholders, directors and contractors, balancing excellent customer service with compliant property management.

You will plan and run AGMs, prepare board packs, and work with directors on budgets, long-term maintenance and service delivery, while being home-based with regular site visits to maintain standards.
