Regional People Partner for Leadership & Talent

B&M Retail Limited is seeking an experienced Regional People Business Partner to support a region of 100+ stores, with the Midlands as the preferred location. You will partner with store leaders, coach managers and drive leadership development and talent pipelines across the region.

The role blends strategic thinking with hands-on delivery, impacting colleague engagement, leadership effectiveness and business performance within a field-based HR context.
