Regional People Partner - 12-Month FTC (Field-Based)

Pets at Home is seeking a data-driven People Business Partner to support the South Region in a 12-month FTC. You'll advise the Regional Operations Director and Area Managers, shaping the people agenda and ensuring high performance and engagement across stores.

Lead Talent, succession, and change initiatives with cross-functional partners, promoting inclusion and a culture of accountability. This field-based role requires travel and strong collaboration with Centres of Expertise.
