Regional People Leader - Talent & Performance

Marks & Spencer Plc is seeking a People professional to coordinate store-level colleague movements and build a robust succession plan across stores in ROI. You will partner with Store Managers, RPP and ALP to identify talent, design development plans and drive high performance in people processes.

You will also support employee relations, data analytics, and system transformation to promote self-service HR tools and improve regional outcomes across the ROI region.
