Regional Operations Manager - Multi-Depot Leader

The Lanes Group is seeking a Regional Operations Manager based in Reading to oversee multiple depots and a large workforce. You will drive profitable delivery across a multi-depot network and manage 24/7 reactive and planned traffic management services for a broad client base.

You will lead by example, ensure high-quality service, and maintain strong SLAs, KPIs, and customer satisfaction across regional operations. A full UK driving licence and NRSWA/LANTRA certifications are required.
