Regional Operations Manager - Field Supervisor Leadership

Northwest Ambulance is seeking an Operations Manager to lead the Field Supervisors across a defined region and to own the people side of field operations. You will mentor supervisors, drive cross-shift consistency, and manage scheduling, staffing, and performance data to meet leadership targets.

The role requires EMS leadership experience, strong policy documentation skills, and the ability to coordinate with HR and QA.
