Regional Operations Leader: Strategy, Growth & Impact

Positive Futures in Ireland is seeking an Operations Manager to lead the Service Managers who run several services for people with a learning disability, brain injury, or autism. You'll set direction, drive improvements and ensure high quality, compliant services across a wide area.

You'll shape planning and policy, lead change projects, manage budgets and risk, and deputise for the Operations Director as needed. Regular travel across the island is expected.
