Regional Operations Leader - East (Supported Living)

Sanctuary Supported Living, part of Sanctuary Group, is seeking a Regional Head of Operations for the East region based in Canterbury. The role focuses on strategic development, leadership and ensuring sustainable, high-quality services across the region.

The role requires strong commercial and financial management skills, CIH Level 5, and a full UK driving licence. You will lead recruitment, monitor KPIs and drive continuous service improvement within a regulated environment.
