Regional Nursery Leader: Drive Excellence Across Nurseries

Fennies-Day-Nurseries is seeking an experienced Regional Manager to lead a group of nurseries, delivering exceptional early years outcomes. You will collaborate with Nursery Managers, Senior Managers and the Education Team to guide strategy, quality of care, and commercial performance across your region.

You will drive continuous improvement, ensure safeguarding and EYFS compliance, and support succession planning while building high-performing, engaged teams across multiple settings.
