Regional Nurse Manager: Complex Care Leader

Superior Healthcare is seeking a Regional Nurse Manager (Complex Care) in Kent to lead and develop a growing team of Nurse Managers and Field Care Supervisors. The role combines office and field responsibilities, delivering high standards of clinical governance and safeguarding while maintaining a small client caseload.

You will report to the Registered Manager and collaborate with the Director of Clinical Operations to drive service quality, audits and continuous improvement across the region.
