Job Description
- Office Location: Budapest, Hungary
- Hybrid working
- Consume any new global policy update or implementation by reviewing changes and translating new data standards into standardized formats that ensure consistency and create a common understanding across the regions.
- Data Integrity: Ensure data accuracy and integrity by reviewing system audit reports and recommending process improvements. Demonstrate a strong regional knowledge which oversees HRS system usage including but not limited to understanding of local downstream impacts.
- Advise: Recommend and coordinate legally required regional changes.
- Testing: Coordinate and execute regional testing for Workday releases and system changes, ensuring local alignment with new updates/functionality.
- Compliance: Ensure data entry, usage and decommissioning within respective Region is aligned with global and local best practices.
- Analytics and Insights: Analyze workforce data to identify trends and patterns, supporting strategic business decisions. Be up to date on company strategy decision to be up to date.
- Collaboration: Work globally with various HR and business leaders to understand data needs and deliver actionable insights. Adhere to industry standards and best practices.
- Education: Master degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Human Resources, data analytics, data science, or a related field
- Experience: 2-5 years of experience in similar position
- Strong understating of data standards and the impact of the standards
- Prior experience supporting Employee Lifecycle, HCM and data expertise as an HR Admin
- WD Certification strongly preferred
- Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders in adhering to global standards
- Proficiency working in a large, multicounty organization
- Strong understanding of Data Hierarchies, Data usage and country local practices, labour regulation and business strategy
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex situations and recommend effective solutions.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple task simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills to present complex data insights in a clear and concise manner
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and work effectively within cross-functional teams.
