Regional Manager, Multi-Store Coffee Brand

Sim Trava is seeking a Regional Manager to oversee a Costa Coffee portfolio in the UK, driving sales, profitability, and customer experience across stores in the region. You will lead a team of Store Managers and support functions to ensure brand standards and operational excellence.

Based field-based in the North West, this role requires a proven track record in multi-site hospitality leadership, strong financial acumen, and the ability to travel as needed to support openings and refurbishments.
