Job Description
Job Title: Regional Manager

Location: South Yorkshire and Durham

Salary: Circa £60,000

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Regional Manager for an established care provider to oversee a small portfolio of homes in South Yorkshire and Durham.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Multi-site management experience.
  • Ability to lead and manage up to 10 managers.
  • Experienced with skills in conducting internal audits and assisting with compliance.
  • A supportive and mentoring approach to management.
  • Experience working with the elderly, specifically those with dementia.
  • A passion for ensuring high standards of care in homes.

Salary: Circa £60,000
