Regional Maintenance Lead - Care Home Services

Bupa is seeking a Regional Head of Maintenance for the Central region based at Northampton Village. You will lead maintenance operations, manage planned and reactive repairs, and ensure safety, compliance, and high-quality living environments for residents.

The role requires leadership experience in property/maintenance, knowledge of building services, and a proactive approach to maintenance. 40-hour week with on-call duties as required.
