Regional Leader, Dining & Partnerships - UK & Ireland

First Table is seeking a senior regional leader to own our commercial performance across Ireland, Scotland and the North of England. You'll manage Senior/Business Development Managers, drive restaurant supply, local partnerships, and regional revenue targets to meet ambitious goals.

Expect fast pace, multi-city focus, and hands-on leadership. You will coach BDMs in Glasgow, review Dublin data, unblock partnerships in Manchester, and shape expansion where opportunities arise.
