We are currently looking for a Regional Lead in theNorth Eastof England toretainand grow engagement with businesses and key stakeholders, so we can collectively drive positive social and environmental impact.

You will be based in theNorth Eastregion, and/or have demonstrable experience of working with key stakeholders there. Deep understanding of the regional social, economic, and environmental landscape will also be an advantage.

You will work closely with the local Regional Leadership Board, who help us interpret our national campaigns and make them relevant and impactful for different geographical locations. These Regional Leadership Boards are made up of committed business leaders, who act as pioneers and advocates of the responsible business movement, and are passionate about the power of business in creating positive change in a region.

In addition, you will lead one of our nine regional hubs in England, which bring together colleagues from acrossBITC, to focus on our regional operations and ambitions.

You will nurture excellent relationships with a portfolio ofBITCmembers so excellent relationship management/account management skills are essential. You will understand their business priorities, and draw upon our wealth ofexpertise,toolsand resources to proactively meet their needs and foster inclusive economic growth.

You will be highly motivated, organised and collaborative, have experience in account/relationship management and a proventrack recordof income generation and C-suite engagement.?

The salary offered for this position will be dependent on skills and experience.
