Job Description

Northern Trust is seeking a Regional KYC Operations Manager in Limerick to oversee end-to-end AML/KYC service delivery from Ireland. The role focuses on strategy execution, capacity planning, regulatory readiness, and strong governance across all Limerick-based KYC teams.

You will lead, mentor, and develop KYC leaders, drive performance against SLAs, and partner with Compliance, Risk, Audit, and Legal to support audits and examinations.
