Regional Key Account Manager %Milco, Dairy Cheese Factory of the Pays de Fribourg, rich in over 60 years of history, develops around a strong collaboration with local milk producers and recognized expertise in fresh products and cheese. It has a strong presence in the market in the French-speaking part of Switzerland and is flourishing in the German-speaking part. As a subsidiary of the Translait Group, Milco has a high level of management autonomy and is managed like X, with a strong corporate culture. In the framework of its commercial development, Milco, distributing B2C and B2B products throughout the French-speaking part of Switzerland, is looking for a Regional Key Account Manager. %Your main missions: Manage and develop regional key accounts (mainly wholesalers) Actively contribute to revenue growth and profitability. Your responsibilities: Business development Manage and develop a portfolio of existing accounts Identify and acquire new regional clients Retain existing clients (retailers, restaurants, hotels) Develop the client portfolio (retailers, restaurants, hotels) Negotiate commercial terms and annual agreements Participate in tenders and specific client projects Performance management Monitor key metrics (revenue, margins, volumes, product mix) Optimize assortments and promotional actions Implement action plans for internal objectives Provide regular reporting to commercial management Work closely with production, quality, and product management Translate client needs into concrete solutions Participate in product developments for Milco accounts at trade shows and client meetings Be an ambassador for our values: quality - reliability - proximity.
