Regional HR Partner (NI & ROI) - Field Based, Part Time

Caffè Nero in Northern Ireland seeks a part-time Regional HR Partner to support 60 stores across NI and ROI. Based in Northern Ireland, you'll partner the Regional Manager and collaborate with the Ireland Operations Director to shape people strategies across the region.

You'll be a visible field-based leader, building strong stakeholder relationships, ensuring compliant people processes, and delivering leadership development. A CIPD associate or active membership is preferred.
