Regional HR Partner Drive Talent & Change Across Regions

Kinaxia, a UK logistics group, is seeking a Regional HR Business Partner to support multiple operations across Norwich and neighbouring sites with regular regional travel. You will collaborate with senior leaders to deliver people initiatives, drive organisational change, develop talent and ensure the people strategy aligns with business objectives, while maintaining a high-performing culture.

In this role you'll coach managers, analyse HR data to inform decisions, manage succession planning and
