Regional HR Manager - Onsite + Travel - Direct Hire Opportunity

THE RIGHT STAFF has partnered with a global distributor to find a Regional HR Manager (multisite) to join their growing HR team. We seek a dynamic HR professional to partner with site leaders across multiple distribution centers to drive strategic HR initiatives.

Candidates must be located in Greenville, PA, or Salisbury, NC.

Essential Job Duties:
  1. Strategic HR Business Partner: Collaborate with business leaders to meet each site's HR needs.
  2. Employee Relations: Guide leaders, conduct investigations, and ensure legal compliance.
  3. Recruitment & Onboarding: Support full employee lifecycle, from hiring to retirement.
  4. Performance Management: Coach leaders to improve relationships, morale, and productivity.
  5. HR Initiatives & Change Management: Promote consistent application of HR policies and programs.
Minimum Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of HR experience, preferably in a distribution center environment.
  • Strong employee relations skills and HR best practices knowledge.
  • Willingness to travel up to 40%, supporting sites in PA, NC, MN, IA, and Ontario, CA. Passport required for international travel.
Schedule, Pay, & Benefits:
  • Position based onsite in Greenville, PA, or Salisbury, NC.
  • Work schedule: 5 days onsite and/or travel required weekly.
  • Core hours from 8 am to 5 pm EST, with flexibility.
  • Salary starting at $120,000/year plus a 10% annual bonus (dependent on experience).
