Regional HR Leader & People Partner

Omexom UK is seeking a Regional HR Manager to lead the people agenda across the region, partnering with BUGMs, Regional Managers and Directors to drive workforce capability and employee engagement.

You will develop and lead the regional HR team, ensure compliant, high-quality HR delivery, manage complex employee relations, and embed the People & Development strategy across the region.
