Regional HR Business Partner - Europe

Location: Andover, Hampshire, UK
£75,000 - £100,000 + excellent benefits package

Our client, a global market leading manufacturer and distributor of agricultural solutions, is recruiting a senior level HR Business Partner to work with our European Sales Companies, to be based near Andover, Hants.

With an annual turnover of €800 million, 14 manufacturing plants, 28 sales companies and over 2000 staff across the world, our client is ambitious in their thinking and focused in their approach, enjoying continued and sustained growth. Partnering with some of the largest multi national organisations, they provide their customers with an unrivalled level of customer support, technical expertise, and distribution excellence.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an outstanding HR Business Partner with proven experience of delivering a comprehensive and professional HR service within a multi country, matrix organisation. This role provides end to end generalist HR support across the employee lifecycle, combining strong operational delivery and compliance with trusted advisory support to people managers and staff. You will play a key role in enabling the business to deliver its commercial objectives by embedding effective people practices, supporting organisational change and ensuring a consistent, positive employee experience across this matrix organisation.

The ideal candidate will have experience operating in a 'hands on' senior level international HR generalist role and be confident advising and supporting managers on all aspects of people and culture leadership. You will bring a strong working knowledge of employment legislation, experience of managing complex employee relations, and the ability to balance commercial business needs with empathy and professionalism. Experience working across diverse cultures and languages is essential, along with excellent organisational and communication skills.

Come with a professional, calm, and approachable style, strong attention to detail, willingness to travel to our EU Sales Companies and Head Quarters and the ability to manage multiple priorities, and you will fit right into a collaborative, values led and people focused organisation.
