Regional HR Assistant - Multi-Site Champion

GXO Logistics, Inc in Branston is recruiting a Network HR Assistant to support our B&Q operation. This permanent, full-time role focuses on delivering consistent HR support across multiple unionised sites while ensuring policies and data standards are applied.

You will handle contracts, starters, leavers, right-to-work checks, and HR admin, maintain HR systems, support employee relations, coordinate recruitment, and produce regular HR reports. CIPD Level 3 is desirable.
