Regional HR & Compliance Lead - Northern Europe

Rippling is seeking a Regional HR Advisor to support our Employer of Record service across Northern Europe, including the United Kingdom, Ireland, and the Netherlands. You will guide clients through the employee lifecycle, advise on compliance, and coordinate workflows with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate HR delivery.

You will manage complex employee-relations scenarios, onboard and offboard employees, and help refine processes to scale our HR services.
