Regional HR Advisor - Grow into HRBP

Bannatyne is seeking a Senior HR Advisor for the Midlands and Birmingham area based at Brindley Place. The role offers 40 hours per week, with autonomy and a route to broader strategic HR responsibilities.

You will partner with General Managers, Regional Managers, AGMs and HODs to provide practical HR support across sites, manage a varied caseload, and contribute to a positive people culture within our clubs and spas.
