Regional Health & Wellbeing Case Lead for Trauma Support

Victims and Survivors Service invites applications for a Regional Health & Wellbeing Case Manager. You will assess, coordinate, and deliver health and wellbeing services for victims and survivors under the remit, ensuring tailored support plans through a registered health professional.

You will lead a core Health & Wellbeing Team, mentor caseworkers, and contribute to policy development while using evidence-based NICE guidelines in a multidisciplinary environment.
