Regional Head of Care & Wellbeing Operations

East Anglia's Children's Hospices (EACH) seeks a visionary Head of Care & Well-being Operations to lead regional care services across the East Anglia area. You will drive strategic and operational leadership, ensuring safe, compassionate and high-quality support for babies, children, young people and families.

You will supervise Service Managers and Well-being Leads, shape service development, and lead workforce planning and transformation initiatives within a dynamic hospice network.
