Regional Growth Director - Public Sector & Housing

Cardo Group is seeking a senior Head of Regional Business Development to lead revenue growth across Wales and the West. You will own forecasting, pipeline maturity, and strategic opportunity conversion for responsive repairs, planned works, and energy/retrofit programs.

You'll build credible regional growth plans, manage client relationships with key stakeholders, and shape procurement routes and bid strategies to maximise value.
