Regional Field Lead - Brand Activations & People Development 
Salary: £26,480 - £29,000 FTE (pro-rata £10,592 - £11,600 for 14hrs/week) + bonus + expenses, 34p per mile
Location: Cambridge, Luton, Norwich, Colchester & surrounding areas
Working: 14 hours per week across 2 days (Friday - Sunday)

- Drive Store Partnerships: Act as the face of the brand for Store Managers, navigating challenges and ensuring Gold Standard activation placement.
- Quality Assurance: Use your eye for detail to audit brand presence, ensuring every consumer interaction is premium.
- Performance Analytics: Instill a data driven culture where KPIs aren't just met-they are exceeded.
- An Experienced Mentor: You have a proven track record of managing teams in the field (Retail, Hospitality, or Field Marketing).
- Mentorship Skills: Experience in training, developing, and getting the best out of a team.
- The "Can-Do" Spirit: An enthusiastic mindset that sees opportunities where others see challenges.
- Reliability: The ability to manage a flexible 14 hour week, primarily across the busy weekend period.
- Experience in sampling, brand activation, or promotional roles.
- Background in FMCG, retail, or experiential marketing.
