Regional Facilities Supervisor (Travel & Team Lead)

SBFM is seeking an experienced Area Supervisor to oversee field-based service delivery across Bedford, Luton, Milton Keynes, Peterborough and Cambridge. You will manage client relationships, lead frontline teams, and ensure health & safety compliance across sites.

You will mobilise new contracts, conduct audits, maintain records, and work with Regional Operations Managers to guarantee consistent service delivery. A driving licence and willingness to travel are essential.
