Regional Estates Manager - Lead Refurbishments & Compliance

Bannatyne is seeking a Regional Estates Manager to oversee maintenance, compliance and refurbishment across multiple clubs in the East and South-East England. You will coordinate with General Managers and trusted contractors to deliver cost-effective, high-quality solutions.

The role emphasizes safety, sustainability and energy initiatives, with travel across the region and occasional overnight stays. A NEBOSH/IOSH qualification and driving licence are desirable.
