Regional Employment Relations Advisor

Witherslack Group Ltd. is seeking an experienced Employment Relations Advisor to support managers across a regional area with employee relations matters, including disciplinaries, grievances, performance management, flexible working, attendance and capability issues.

You'll handle a high volume of ER cases, use HR metrics to influence decisions, and travel within Yorkshire and the Midlands (and beyond) as needed.
