Regional Director, UK Luxury Hospitality (Multi-Site)

Soho House & Co. seeks a Regional Director, Country to lead the UK portfolio of luxury Houses. You will shape strategy, drive exceptional member and guest experiences, and ensure strong commercial performance while preserving each House's unique character.

Reporting to the Managing Director, UK & EU, you will build high performing leadership teams, foster accountability, and oversee multi-site operations with travel across the UK.
