Soho House & Co. is seeking a Regional Director, Country to provide strategic and operational leadership across a UK portfolio of Houses. You will drive exceptional member and guest experiences, strong commercial performance, and preserve each House's unique identity.

You will lead senior teams, develop leaders, and foster a high-performing culture built on accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement across the UK Houses.
