Regional Director, Care Homes & Performance

HC-One Ltd. seeks an experienced, field-based senior operations leader to oversee a portfolio of care homes across the region. You will coach Home Managers, drive quality improvements, and ensure safe, person-centred care alongside strong commercial performance.

You will travel regularly across the portfolio, work with commissioners and stakeholders, and participate in on-call rotations. Enhanced DBS and a full UK driving licence are required.
