You'll also carry out monthly internal quality audits, ensuring external regulatory requirements and internal processes and procedures are followed It's likely that a substantial amount of travel will be required, including occasional overnight stays and some evening commitments. A proven record of leading a successful portfolio of homes, inside the care sector. A natural people person who enjoys building lasting professional relationships and demonstrating the value of collaboration An ability to quickly establish credibility and build rapport and trust amongst key stakeholders Evidence of successfully managing and delivering business KPIs, as well as developing and implementing strategies to drive growth within a complex business A demonstrable record of effective decision making, strategic thinking and project delivery.
