Regional Director - Care Homes Operations

Bridge Oak Care Homes in North Yorkshire, West Yorkshire and East Yorkshire seeks an Area Director to lead a portfolio of care homes, supporting Home Managers to deliver safe, high-quality, person-centred care while achieving strong commercial results.

You will work closely with senior leadership, drive continuous improvement, ensure regulatory compliance with CQC standards, and develop strong regional strategies to enhance resident wellbeing and operational performance.
