Regional Customer Services Team Leader

DRiV Bradford seeks a Customer Services Team Leader to own the day-to-day management of the Bradford CS department, supporting the Senior CSM on regional projects. Lead, coach and develop direct reports to achieve KPIs and drive efficiency across UK, Nordics, BNL, and EU E-business portfolios.

You will liaise with Sales Managers and other functions to ensure first-class service, OTIF delivery, and seamless order-to-cash processes.
